1. Who we are

“AI999X”, “we” and “us” refer to AI999X, AI999X Labs, an AI research and product lab created by Ibnul Jaif Farabi. You can reach us at support@ai999x.com.

2. Using this website

By accessing ai999x.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, or use the website with the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Open-source releases

Our software packages, models, formula packs and their documentation are published on third-party platforms (such as Hugging Face, PyPI and GitHub) under the licence stated in each repository — currently the Apache License 2.0. That licence, not these terms, governs your use, modification and redistribution of those releases. Where a release builds on a third-party base model or library, that component keeps its own licence, named in the release.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the website or our releases in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its infrastructure;
• misrepresent our releases, their evaluations or your relationship with AI999X;
• use our names, logos or marks in a way that suggests endorsement without our written permission.

5. No professional advice

Our models are tools, not professional advice. Each model’s documentation describes what it is designed for and its limits. Do not rely on them for engineering, medical, legal, financial or other high-stakes decisions without independent review by a qualified person.

6. Intellectual property

Except for content released under an open licence, the website’s text, design and graphics are owned by AI999X. You may quote and link to our pages with attribution.

7. Third-party services

The website links to services we do not operate, including Hugging Face, PyPI, GitHub and Buy Me a Coffee. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. Contributions made through Buy Me a Coffee are voluntary support and do not purchase a product, a service or a warranty.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and our releases are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Published evaluations describe results on stated test sets; they are not a guarantee of results on other inputs.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI999X will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the website or our releases.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify AI999X against claims arising from your misuse of the website or our releases, or from your violation of these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed; continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which AI999X is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
